Her many careers include being a teacher, speech pathologist, psychotherapist, speaker/trainer, and minister. Her blended family consists of Jim, her husband, and: 8 good children, 13 grand children, and one child who is both great and grand. Adding to the family mix are two dogs, a dachshund puppy and older dachsund who can talk!

Betsy has contributed stories to the books Personality Puzzle, Personality Plus for Couples, and Communication Plus.  In 1977, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Loma Linda University and worked for 10 years as a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse.  She is also a member of Toastmasters.
 
Betsy speaks in Personality Workshops and Children's Ministries.  In the area of Personality Workshops, she regularly speaks to healthcare professionals, healthcare support groups, church organizations, women's groups, and school settings. For children's ministry, Betsy does special programs in the church setting as well as chapels and assemblies for both private and public schools.

She also volunteers with the Library of Congress Veterans History Project through Albuquerque OASIS. As part of her volunteer work, Linda is often a guest on radio and TV programs and furnishes information to news reporters.

Linda is an author and speaker who moves her audiences to action as she speaks on home-front topics of patriotism, parenting and prayer. Her audiences range from parents to students, from Christian leaders to business men and women, from veterans to civilians. Her speaking venues include corporate, community, civic, church, classroom and convention settings. Her writing has appeared in magazines and compilation books. Marita LittauerAs the daughter of Florence Littauer, Marita has been a part of CLASS since its inception in 1981 and has trained thousands of men and women in communication skills. Many of the concepts presented at the CLASSeminar can be found in her book Communication Plus—one of 19 she has written. Throughout 25 years as a professional communicator, Marita has been a member of the National Speakers Association and a frequent guest on television and radio programs throughout the country.

After 25 years with CLASS, Marita didn't retire, but she did rewire her life. Today she uses the same skills developed through her work with CLASS in a new role. Using her married name, Marita now runs a nonprofit organization that advocates on behalf of energy and the energy industry. In this capacity she is speaking to energy-associated groups and civic organizations and regularly writes opinion editorials that are published in newspapers throughout the country and on online commentary sites worldwide.

Carol Sargent Miller

Carol Sargent MillerBuilding up and encouraging people is Carol's passion and purpose. In addition to being a CLASS graduate, an ordained minister, and a Certified Personality Plus Trainer, Carol has been married since 1969 to the "very best husband ever," which also has blessed her as a mother and grandmother. In addition to serving with CLASS, Carol speaks and ministers at various events, including retreats, leadership conferences, professional business meetings, Christian women's groups, prayer seminars, and youth groups.
