CLASS Writers Express
"Someday I am going to write a book."
"I know I could have written that article."
Most people have made similar statements in their lifetimes but very few of them follow through. Do you want to be one of those?
Or would you like to put some hard work and enthusiasm behind those words and get started on your way to being a writer? If that is what you want to do, then Writers Express is for you!
Writers Express is a one-day seminar designed to help you understand the mechanics of good writing, learn the basics of story structure, and get you started on the path to publication. Topics include how to get started, what to do with your ideas, proper manuscript format, where to find markets for your work and more. Seasoned experts Linda Gilden and Tama Westman will share insider secrets learned from their combined years of writing, editing, and coaching.
For those who have already started writing but need to take their skills a step higher, Writers Express will encourage and equip you to do just that! You will learn how to:
- Stretch one idea into many
- Recycle your research
- Edit your writing
- Look for the take-away for your reader
- Reach thousands with one printed manuscript
- Craft a book proposal that will catch an editor's eye
- Take your talks and turn them into books and articles
Whether a novice or already writing, you will benefit from this day of interactive learning. Don't miss the opportunity to accelerate your writing journey by attending Writers Express.
