If you are flying you have two options.
Option 1 Fly into the Albuquerque Sunport. The Sunport is serviced by all major airlines. You may rent a car and drive to Santa Fe or make arrangements to take the Sandia Shuttle (see shuttle info below) directly to the front door of the airport.
Option 2 Fly into the Santa Fe Airport. This airport is serviced by American/American Eagle and United however flights are limited. You would then need to take a shuttle to the hotel. If you are driving Santa Fe is on Interstate 25.
The 2014 Reunion will be held at the ELDORADO Hotel and Spa. We have arranged for a block of rooms at this hotel. The room rate is $159/night for both king and double rooms. The room rate includes breakfast in the Old House for two persons. It also includes complimentary wi-fi. For each additional person (over two) in a room, there will be a charge of $30/person. This charge does not include breakfast. The tax rate at this hotel is 15.1875%. You may make your reservations by calling 800 955-4455 or e-mailing email@example.com. When making your reservations at the hotel, you must use the code 4254 to receive the CLASSEMINARS rate. Rooms are limited so don’t wait until the last minute and be disappointed.
- GROUND TRANSPORTATION
If you need shuttle transportation from either the Albuquerque Sunport or the Santa Fe Airport, the hotel recommends Sandia Shuttle. You must reserve the shuttle in advance. 888 775-5696 or www.sandiashuttle.com
Included in your reunion registration will be the dessert buffet on Thursday night, Friday night banquet, Florence’s birthday bash, following the banquet and Saturday’s farewell brunch. If you are staying at the hotel, breakfast is included in your room rate. There will be additional meals that you will need to purchase on your own. The hotel has a lovely restaurant in the lobby are with daily lunch and dinner specials. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Watch for the list of restaurants in your registration packet. We encourage you to venture out and experience Santa Fe.
